Six integrated services covering the full communication cycle — from audience research to verified impact.
We develop national and sub-national Social and Behaviour Change Communication strategies that are rights-based, evidence-grounded, institutionally adoptable, and fully costed. Our planning process is anchored in psychographic audience segmentation — we map not just who your audiences are, but how they think and what will move them.
Our strategies are not filed away — they are adopted by governments and institutions. Recent examples include Sierra Leone's first national SRGBV SBCC Strategy (UNICEF/MBSSE, 2024) and the national HIV/AIDS SBCC Strategy (CARE International/MoHS, 2021).

Radio remains Sierra Leone's most powerful mass communication channel. We have contracted and managed up to 39 stations simultaneously, coordinating jingle production, airtime schedules, broadcast compliance monitoring, and proof-of-airing documentation across all districts.
We produce content in all major local languages — Krio, Temne, Mende, Limba, Koranko, Yalunka, Fula and more — and apply Social Learning Theory and the Extended Parallel Process Model to narrative content design.
Professional documentary production, event videography, corporate photography, and animated explainers — all produced to broadcast standard and delivered with full informed consent and safeguarding compliance.
Our production team is led by Michael Songa, an award-winning videographer, editor, and animator with over a decade of field and studio experience across health, development, and institutional communications.

Platform-specific content for Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, and X — adapted in format, length, and tone for each platform's distinct user behaviour. We manage content calendars, paid promotion, influencer partnerships, WhatsApp broadcast campaigns, and monthly analytics reporting.
IEC materials — posters, leaflets, flip charts, roll-up banners, branded merchandise, printed t-shirts, signposts, and stationery. Full-service design and production through Biz Pal's established printing partners.

Website design and management, media relations, donor visibility management, press kits, human-interest stories, and social media channel management for institutions, MDAs, and development programme secretariats.
