About Biz Pal Limited

A Sierra Leonean communications firm built on a decade of evidence, trust, and measurable impact.

Not imported. Homegrown.

Biz Pal Limited was incorporated in Sierra Leone in September 2019. Our founding team contributed to Sierra Leone's landmark communication response to the 2014–2016 Ebola outbreak, working alongside experts from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to develop and deploy messaging at the height of the crisis.

Since then, the firm's experts have been retained by UNICEF, UNCDF, Catholic Relief Services, CARE International, the World Bank Group, GIZ, the International Labour Organisation, the Mano River Union Secretariat, and the Government of Sierra Leone — delivering mandates spanning national SBCC strategy development, large-scale radio campaigns, multi-platform digital management, and institutional communications.

Today, with an experienced team spanning SBCC strategy, broadcast media, digital communications, research, and gender programming, Biz Pal is well placed to serve UN agencies, international NGOs, government ministries, and private sector organisations seeking measurable communication impact across Sierra Leone and the sub-region.
